Reusable RE-ZIP Boxes: Extending Circularity From Product to Shipment

For a while now, "less is more" has meant less packaging on the product itself — powder-to-liquid formulas that ship as light, compact refills, and refillable bottles designed to be used again and again. But there was a blind spot we hadn't addressed: what happens between our warehouse and your door.

That's what our reusable RE-ZIP shipping boxes are for.

What the RE-ZIP shipping box is

The RE-ZIP shipping box is a reusable, foldable box we're now offering as an option at checkout, in addition to our standard packaging. Instead of a box that's used once and thrown away, RE-ZIP shipping boxes are designed to be folded flat, dropped off, and sent back into circulation — used again and again for future shipments, by us or by other brands in the same network. Less waste, and a lower carbon footprint on the shipping side of things.

We're launching the reusable RE-ZIP shipping box as a pilot with customers in France, and depending on how it goes, we'd like to bring it to more of you elsewhere. So even if it's not available in your country yet, we wanted you to know it's happening.

It's a small piece of a bigger idea: that the "less is more" approach shouldn't stop at the product. It should extend to how that product actually gets to you.

Join the movement — at no extra cost

Choosing the RE-ZIP shipping box doesn't cost you anything extra, and it doesn't replace your usual packaging options — it's simply there if you want it. It's available now to customers in France only. Here's how it works.

How to use your RE-ZIP shipping box

1. Add it to your cart. When you check out, look for the reusable box option in your cart and select it. No extra charge.
2. Receive your order. Your products arrive in the RE-ZIP shipping box, same as usual.
3. Fold it flat when you're done. The box is designed to collapse down for easy return.
4. Scan the QR code on the box. It will show you the nearest drop-off point — a La Poste mailbox, for example.
5. Drop it off. Leave the folded box at the point you were shown.
6. Scan the QR code one more time — once you're actually at the drop-off point. This second scan is geolocated, so it only works if you're there in person, and it's the only way to unlock your reward: 5€ off your next order of 20€ or more. You can download the voucher on the spot or have it sent to your email.

That's it — no printing labels, no waiting for a pickup. The whole loop is designed to take less effort than throwing a box in the recycling.

Why this matters to us

We've always said that meaningful change in personal care isn't about a single "green" claim — it's about looking at the whole picture, including the parts that are easy to ignore. Shipping packaging is one of those parts. The reusable RE-ZIP shipping box won't fix everything on its own, but it's a real, concrete step toward closing the loop, and we'd rather take it than talk around it.
