Cancellation policy

Our subscription programme has no fixed term. You can change your products or frequency, skip a delivery, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge and without justification, directly from your customer account — a direct, permanent, self-service option in accordance with articles L.215-1-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Cancellation takes immediate effect for shipments not yet prepared.

Each shipment is charged at the time of dispatch; you are informed by email before each renewal. The right of withdrawal and the money-back guarantee also apply to each delivery made under the subscription.
