What is a waterless product? How do I use them?
Our products are formulated without water, in the form of concentrated powders made from natural ingredients.
Instructions for use: Add drinking water, shake to activate, and the product is ready to use.
Why are your products waterless?
Traditional products contain up to 90% water, which increases shipping weight and packaging. Our powders allow for:
- 90% reduction in packaging and CO₂.
- Richer, more natural formulations.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes, all our water-activated products have been dermatologically tested on volunteers. Our shampoos and shower gels have also been tested to ensure safety if they come into contact with the eyes.
Can you really reduce 90% of CO₂ and packaging?
Yes! Our powder sachets weigh only 2 g, compared to 22-27 g for a typical plastic bottle.
Additionally, our concentrates use 95% less energy to produce than liquids.
How do I mix the powder with water?
- Add one third of 225 ml of water to the bottle.
- Pour in 25 g of powder.
- Fill with the rest of the water.
- Shake for 10 seconds and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Shake again before use.
Can I use any type of water?
Use drinking water (tap or filtered). Avoid hot or boiling water to protect the bottle.
How long should I wait before using the product?
The product is ready after 20 minutes, but its texture can continue to thicken for 12-24 hours.
Why powders instead of solid bars?
Powders allow us to keep the benefits of liquid products (easy application, generous lather) while reducing the carbon footprint.
How do I unlock the pump?
- Screw the pump onto the bottle.
- Turn the nozzle a quarter turn clockwise.
- To lock it, turn it counterclockwise.
Can I buy a bottle separately?
Yes, they are available here. Proceeds help fund ocean cleanups.

Are your products natural?
Once activated, they contain 99.2–99.5% natural ingredients. The powders alone are 92–95% natural.
Why do you use synthetic ingredients?
Some synthetic molecules, identical to those found in nature, are:
- More sustainable.
- More resource-efficient.
They account for less than 0.7% of our formulations.
Which ingredients do you avoid?
Our products are free from parabens, silicones, SLS, EDTA, phthalates, dyes, microplastics, and more.

Are your ingredients organic?
We prioritize sustainable and renewable ingredients. While we're not currently organically certified, we're working on it.

Are your products suitable for children?
They are suitable for children aged 3 and up. Consult a pediatrician before use for younger children.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
Our products are dermatologically tested. If you tend to experience irritation, test on a small area before using.
Are natural fragrances irritating?
Our fragrances are mostly composed of essential oils and comply with European standards. If you have sensitivity, consider consulting an allergist.
