What changes when you stop shipping water? Most liquid soap is mostly water. We ship the part that isn't — a lightweight, concentrated powder — and let you add the water yourself, from your own tap, at home, to activate the formula. And the bottle? You fill it again and again, instead of throwing it away and buying a new one every time you run out.

Natural-origin ingredients
At Less Is More, every product we design has a clear purpose: use less water, less packaging, less waste. Most of our formulas are 99%+ natural origin once activated (ISO 16128) — our anti-dandruff shampoo is 98% — and we prioritize natural-origin ingredients wherever it doesn't compromise efficacy.
Smart packaging for tomorrow
Our packaging is designed to minimize waste. The refill sachet is a lightweight, paper-based laminate — about 90% less packaging weight than buying a new bottle each time — and pairs with a bottle designed to be refilled, not replaced. By using powdered formulas, we reduce the need to transport heavy water, making shipping lighter across the board.
Optimized shipping, less to carry
Why transport unnecessary liters of water? With our concentrated products, you activate the formula at home simply by adding water. For our hand soap, Fairglow's independent analysis found a 67–84% lower total carbon footprint than three conventional liquid refills, per 250ml of finished product — and 80–95% lower looking at just packaging, manufacturing, and distribution.
