Money-back Guarantee

English is the store’s base language. The French version is the legally authoritative version and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

Genuinely try our formulas. If a product you have tested doesn’t suit you, we refund you — within 30 days, without even returning it.

We are so confident in the quality of our formulas that we invite you to try them in real conditions. It’s the only way to know. And if you don’t like it, we refund you the product.

How it works

1. Try the product at home, in real conditions.
2. Not convinced? Email us at hello@lessismore.co within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, with:
   • your full name and the email address used for the order,
   • your order number (format #LIM1234),
   • the purchase invoice for the product,
   • the full name of the product concerned,
   • proof that the product was genuinely opened and tested (photo or video),
   • a few words on what didn’t work for you — it helps us improve our formulas.
3. We refund you the price of the product (excluding delivery costs) to the payment method used for the purchase, within fourteen (14) days at the latest.

No need to return the product. No forms, no return postage.

Other options: if you prefer, we can offer you a store credit or an exchange for another product of the same value.

We endeavour to process each request within five (5) working days.

Conditions and limits

• The Guarantee applies to products purchased on lessismore.co and delivered in the European Union, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
• The product must have been opened and genuinely tested — this is the very condition of this guarantee.
• The request must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the order.
• The refund covers the price of the product, excluding delivery costs.
• The Guarantee is limited to one request per product over a twelve (12)-month period, and may apply to a maximum of two (2) purchases during that same period.
• Excluded from the Guarantee are all accessories (refillable bottles, wall mounts) sold on the Site.

Haven’t opened the product?

If you wish to return a product that is still sealed, this is not covered by this commercial guarantee but by your right of withdrawal: you have fourteen (14) days after receipt to return it to us, without having to justify your decision. The product must be returned at your expense, and we refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (at the cheapest standard rate we offer). Your legal rights

The “money-back” guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is a commercial guarantee freely offered by Minimalist Labs SAS (39 rue du Sentier, 75002 Paris, RCS Paris no. B 901 204 271). It adds to your legal rights, which you retain in full:

• Right of withdrawal (14 days, unsealed products) — see above and section 8 of the GTC.
• Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) — these apply for two years and cover non-conforming or defective products, with return costs borne by Minimalist Labs. See section 10 of the GTC.

The Guarantee does not replace any of these rights: it adds to them.
