how to use (100 ml)

just add water, shake and enjoy

1. fill about a third of the bottle with drinking water*
2. add the powder (10g)
3. top up with more water, until the shoulder of the bottle (= 100 ml of water for a total final volume of 100 ml)
4. close the lid, and shake vigorously 10 times, until well mixed
5. let rest for 20 minutes**
6. shake once again 5 times, to ensure that everything is well mixed

*you can use room temperature drinking water from the tap or even better - filtered water
